Defines classes and function used to run models defined using model

`submit_job`	Submit a script to the cluster queue.
`submit_jobs`	Submit many jobs of the same script with different parameters to the cluster.
`run_function_with_cmd_args`	Create model from a function and obtain parameters from command line.
`run_script`	Helper function that runs a model script.
`Result`	Describes the result of a single model run together with auxillary information.
`ResultCollection`	Represents a collection of results.
